FIREKEEPER TRAINING MARCH 29, 2025

We have been gathering around the Fire, learning from and honoring Grandparent Fire’s wisdom since ancient times.
We honor the Fires that burn in the Sky, Father Sun, all the Star Nations, and the Fire that reflects on Grandmother Moon’s face. We honor all the Fires that burn deep within Mother Earth. We honor all the Fired that burn in our ceremonies, releasing our Death Arrows and transmuting our Spirit Arrows. We honor the Fires that burn in our Sacred Pipes and heat the stone people for the Sacred Stone Peoples Lodge. We honor all the Fires that heat our homes, cook our food, burn in our campfires. We honor all the Fires that burn in all in the hearts of each and every one of us.

On SATURDAY, March 29, 2025, we will gather on island Cres, in Croatia to honor our relationship to Grandparent Fire and learn what it means to be a FIREKEEPER.

Who is a Firekeeper?

The firekeeper is a person who has taken the responsibility to tend the Sacred Fire. Firekeeper builds a relationship with the Spirit of the Fire. They listen and learn and convey the needs and messages of the Fire to the community. The firekeeper builds a close relationship with the plant people who offer themselves for the Fire Ceremony and makes sure that their offering is respected and honored. They also build a relationship with Mother Earth and all her children, making sure that no harm comes to anyone.

Firekeeper works with the plant people to build a Grandparent Fire. They feed the wood to the Fire, help the community members place offerings into the Fire, and makes sure that the Fire is tended to and honored until all the embers burn, and no harm can come to anyone from the Fire.

The firekeeper offers their service in preparation for the Sacred Stone Peoples Lodge (the Sweat Lodge). They make sure that the Sacred Fire is built in ceremony and that stone people are placed in the Fire with respect and honoring for their giveaway to be used in the Lodge for pouring water on them. During the ceremony, Firekeeper tends to the Fire and with love and respect carries the stone people into the Lodge.

The firekeeper feels the calling to commune with Grandparent Fire, and they answer that call. They can offer their wisdom in any situation that involves the Fire, including the situations when Fire burns uncontrolled. They can step in and have a conversation with the Spirit of the Fire and offer ceremony for the highest good of all.

  • ako vam je neugodno sa životinjama. Na okupljanju će sudjelovati najmanje 4 psa, Dolce ili Iddy Biddy, pas Bigl star 16 godina, Serenity, veliki pas mješanac stara 13 godina, Carter, veliki pas mješanac star 6 godina, i Rea, 3-godišnja nestašna uglavnom psica🤣🤣!

  • I zapamtite, "BEZ STRESA NA CRESU" - dođite i udahnite svjež, slani zrak, uživajte u pogledima, i svu našu rodbinu u prekrasnoj prirodi otoka!

 

Što donjeti?

  • Opće stavke

    • Ponesite sve osobne ceremonijalne predmete koji su vam važni.

      • Vaša Mesa, Sveta Lula, zvečka, bubanj, duhovna voda, sarong ili tkanina za ceremoniju, ceremonijalni šal itd.

    • Osigurat ćemo alate za smudging, te duhan i kukuruzno brašno za sve grupne ceremonije.

    • Svijeća(e) i šibice.

    • Drveni štapići ili čačkalice.

    • Ovisno o tome koliko želite sudjelovati, predlažemo da ponesete bilježnicu, dnevnik i/ili papir i olovku, olovke za bojanje ili druge umjetničke alate.

    • Odjeća za toplije vrijeme, i odjeća za hladnije, a po potrebi i za kišno vrijeme. KAPU, KABANICU, DUPLE ČARAPE TE DOBRE, VODOOTPORNE CIPELE ILI REZERVNI PAR.

  • Ostalo:

    • METALNA boca za vodu.

    • Stolica za kampiranje ili prostirka (karimat) ili deka za sjedenje. Ako sjedite na zemlji, provjerite je li sve što ponesete vodootporno.

 

  • Predmeti za Sveti Krug:

    • Jedan ili dva kamena za stavljanje u Sveti Krug (veličina kamena može biti različita, mogu biti veći ili manji, oni ce Vam reči kada ih tražite!)

 

POSEBNA NAPOMENA ZA VIKEND:

  • STOL S POKLONIMA

    • Molimo ponesite poklon za POKLON STOL (Gift Table) ako možete. Gift table je razmjena darova koje s ljubavlju darujemo jedni drugima!!! Nakon zatvaranja kruga u nedjelju, svatko ima priliku odabrati poklon sa stola! HVALA!

  • JEZIK

FIRE CEREMONIES

Sitting in a Sacred council around the Fire connects us to the Spirit of Fire, to ourselves, to each other, and to all the ones who have set around the Fire before us, and will sit around the Fire after us. Grandparent Fire is a great teacher and offers the fastest transformation and teachings.

During our Community Fire Ceremonies, we step into gratitude, set our intentions, create safe and Sacred space, and light the Fire with the song of honoring and invocation of the Fire Spirit. Throughout the ceremony, we cocreate with the plant people. Their giveaway allows us to have Fire, and to release all that does not serve us any more and bring our intentions to the Fire for transmutation. We feed our energy centers with the light of the Fire, and we blow our wishes and messages for Pachamama (Earth Mother) into the Pachamama stick to be released by placing the Stick into the Fire.

This is the time to be together in ceremony, share and exchange experiences and wisdom. Fire brings us closer together, and helps us honor all the forces in our lives that support and guide us on our journeys.

We gather in ceremony one Saturday in a month, often on or around Full or New Moon!
Our Community Fire Ceremonies are free of charge!
Everyone is always welcome!

Možete letjeti u nekoliko zračnih luka u Hrvatskoj.
Ako letite za Zagreb morat ćete iznajmiti automobil, autobusom do Cresa ili vlakom do Rijeke, a zatim brodom ili autobusom do Cresa.Ako letite u Rijeku ili Mali Lošinj, morat ćete uzeti autobus za Cres.

VOŽNJA
Ako vozite, morat ćete uzeti jednu od 2 trajektne rute, ovisno o tome odakle dolazite. Trajekt Brestova - Porozina nalazi se na sjevernoj strani otoka, a Valbiska - Merag na istočnoj strani otoka. Obje vožnje automobilom od trajekta do Miholašćice ODUZIMAJU DAH!

AUTOBUS

Ako idete autobusom iz Zagreba ili Rijeke, uzmite autobus za Mali Lošinj jer je Miholaščica malo selo udaljeno sat vremena vožnje od grada Cresa na putu za Mali Lošinj. Izaći ćete iz autobusa na raskrsnici sela HRASTA, a mi ćemo vas pokupiti!

VLAK I BROD (KATAMARAN)
Ako dolazite iz Zagreba i želite istražiti prekrasnu vožnju vlakom od Zagreba do Rijeke, evo nekoliko poveznica koje će vam pomoći. Kada stignete u Rijeku, kratko ćete prošetati do glavne luke gdje ćete uhvatiti brod (katamaran) za Mali Lošinj. U selu Martinšćica sići ćete s broda, a mi ćemo doći po vas!
