Human Anatomy Course is designed for people of all backgrounds. Whether you are a high school or college student, body work practitioner, shamanic energy medicine practitioner, or simply someone with interest in anatomy, this is the course for you!

During live, 2 hour Zoom calls, twice per week, we will be working through the clinical cases written to enhance your knowledge of different organ systems in the body. Prerecorded videos and notes will prepare you for the live classes, so that we can have discussions and practice drawing and labeling different structures related to the topic. Classes will generate learning opportunities that you will work through with the provided and suggested resources.  

By the end of this course, you will be better able to:

• Describe multiple levels of organization of the human body.

• Distinguish cell organelles’ structure and relate the cell’s structure to its function.

• Identify the relationship between cells, tissues, and organs in organ system function.

• Relate basic developmental origin to gross and microscopic anatomy.

• Evaluate learning and time management strategies practiced in this course.

• Apply common anatomical and medical terms related to cell and tissue biology.
